At University Book Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your collegiate apparel and gear. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure shipping box to ensure they arrive safely.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
